Calf that escaped enclosure hits the links in Berthold

Berthold, North Dakota – This week, a calf escaped its enclosure and chose to test its skills at golf by playing a round or two on its own.
Tuesday at the Berthold Golf Club, the calf reportedly startled a few golfers, as stated by the Chief of Police for the Berthold Police Department, Al Schmidt.
Schmidt stated that two wranglers on horseback were able to secure the calf after other individuals’ attempts to secure the animal were unsuccessful.
There is as of yet no information regarding the calf’s performance on the back nine.
