Attorney from Grand Forks appointed to District Court judgeship
Bismarck, North Dakota – A Grand Forks lawyer has been named to a North Dakota judgeship.
Theodore “Ted” Sandberg has been appointed by Governor Doug Burgum to the position of judge for the Northeast Central Judicial District, which covers the counties of Grand Forks and Nelson.
Judge Lolita Hartl Romanick of the District Court is retiring, and Sandberg will take her place.
Sandberg is the State Bar Association of North Dakota’s incoming president.
Grand Forks will be the chamber for him.
