Man involved in fatal drive-by shooting in 2020 pleads guilty

Fargo, North Dakota – 2020 drive-by shooting suspect from Fargo has changed his plea to guilty.
In Cass County District Court, Joshua Brooks entered a plea of guilty to murder conspiracy. The accusation of second-degree aggravated assault accomplice was dismissed.
Santino Marial was shot and died in August 2020, according to court records.
of the time of the incident, Marial was in a garage of an apartment building in south Fargo with two friends. The two pals were unharmed.
Investigators were informed by another defendant that Brooks was both the shooter and the vehicle’s driver.
There were many gunshot casings found at the scene.
There is no defined time for sentence.
